What To Expect
Enjoy the best Riojano cooking experience in this hands-on cooking master class in Logroño for what it would be an unforgettable cooking and lunch experience. During our Rioja cooking class, we will only use seasonal ingredients, depending on what’s available from local producers.

Learn how to cook 3 traditional dishes and a dessert. Take home the recipes as well as one of our aprons and surprise your friends when back home!
Our classes intend to make sure you leave Rioja with great knowledge of our "must" recipes such as: "Bacalao PilPil", chorizo cooked in cider, lamb chops, gildas or patatas a la "Riojana". The menu will depend on the market offering!
Rioja wine will be available for you during the class!
