What To Expect
Enjoy the best Basque cooking experience in this hands-on cooking master class in Bilbao. You will visit the famous Ribera market (known as the biggest covered market in Europe) with your cooking teacher where you will buy the ingredients for what it would be an unforgettable cooking and lunch experience. During our Bilbao cooking class, we will only use seasonal ingredients, depending on what’s available from local producers.

After buying all the ingredients you are all set for a fun learning session where you will prepare the menu following your chef instructions. Learn how to cook 3 dishes and a dessert. Take home the recipes as well as one of our aprons and surprise your friends when back home!
Our classes intend to make sure you leave Bilbao with great knowledge of our "must" recipes such as: "Bacalao PilPil", chorizo cooked in cider, Basque crab, gildas, pochas or gambas a la gabardina among many others". The menu will depend on the market offering!
Txakoli wine and cider will be available for you during the class!
